Rita Chandrasekar is a practicing lawyer and partner in the firm M/s.Aiyar and Dolia, Advocates since 1984. She represents public Sector Bank and Corporate clients. She has been standing counsel for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board from 2001 to 2006 before the High Court and Appellate Authority. Her clients consist of multinational companies, NRI Clients seeking legal advice on investment of funds, establishment of industry, purchase of immovable properties, setting up of factories, offering opinion on title to the properties offered for purchase and Recovery of Debts in DRT & DRAT. She appears in Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Family Courts and Labour Courts and has been an arbitrator for many national and international clients. Apart from this, she also takes cases pertaining to protection of personal rights and disputes relating to personal Law and Matrimonial Cases.
