Mrs Bharati Dash, MA. L.L.B is a senior lawyer with over 35 years of invaluable experience in the legal profession in Odisha High Court and the Supreme Court. She has served two terms as Corporater in Cuttack Municipality Corporation, as Director State Social Welfare Board, as Member of State Mahila Commission and as Member of State Co-operative Society. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of representing diverse clients and working on a wide range of complex cases, which have honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the law. From the moment she has embarked on this remarkable journey, she established her professional to make a meaningful impact. Over the years, she has dedicated her work to upholding justice, advocating for the rights of clients, and striving for excellence in every aspect of her work. Her experience is majorly as a lawyer practicing criminal law but she practices in various areas, including corporate law, civil litigation, family law and intellectual property laws. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of mentoring numerous junior lawyers and guiding them towards success, helping them navigate the intricate legal world with confidence and integrity. As a senior female lawyer, she is a staunch advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion within the legal profession. She has been an active member of the Orissa Federation of Women Lawyers and AIFWL.
